Welcomes you to iuoe917.org.  The website for the International Union of Operator Engineers Local 917.  We are a mixed Local with Hoisting & Portable as well as Stationary Engineers. As a Union we offer pre-screened, pre-qualified, and well-certified Operators of equipment, so you know you’re getting the best in skilled workers when you work with us. We have two offices, one in Knoxville and one at Athens adjacent to the Joint Apprenticeship & Training Center.
